#Sex and the City 2# Best Cheap Discount Sales Reviews

In my opinion Sex and the City 2 are for those people who grew up (for lack of better words) watching the non-sanitized version of the Sex and the City series on HBO (as opposed to the squeaky clean edited version seen on other stations – Was Samantha even on the show?). The first movie, in my opinion, was depressing. The second movie, was fun! Take the scene where bathtub time with the children become a wet t-shirt contest? Now that’s classic Sex and the City! And while Carrie was characteristically immature in this movie (What husband doesn’t want to relax and watch television at home instead of going out to some shindig?), Miranda was fun! In fact, did she not wear the BEST dress in the entire movie(Yes, I’m talking about the dress she wore to Stanford and Anthony’s wedding)? Charlotte was realistic! What mother doesn’t want some time off from her children? And Samantha was just being Samantha! What theater didn’t break out in laughter and applause when Samantha unabashedly confronted the men in the market? Sex and the City 2 is CLASSIC Sex and the City. It gave us everything that was sorely missing in the first movie. The laughter and the fun and the friendship between Carrie and her gal pals! As opposed to Carrie and her assistant Louise (although I love Jennifer Hudson’s performance in the movie). And their exit out of the lavish hotel – Did that not remind you of that episode in the series when Samantha pretended to be someone else so they could all (the girls and Stanford)go hang out and get some rays at the rooftop pool of some exclusive club in the city before promptly getting kicked out? Yes, if you love everything about Sex and the City, the good, the bad, and the ugly, you will surely enjoy this movie!

Product Overview

The fun, the fashion, the friendship: Sex and the City 2 brings it all back and more as Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Samantha (Kim Cattrall), Charlotte (Kristin Davis) and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) come together to take another bite out of The Big Apple– and beyond–in a hilarious sequel. What happens after you say “I do?” Life is everything the ladies ever wished it would be, but it wouldn’t be Sex in the City if life didn’t hold a few more surprises. After all, sometimes you just have to get away with the girls.

Bio-identical Hormones Endorsed by Hollywood – Shira Miller, M.D. – Los Angeles, CA
If you haven’t already seen Sex and the City 2, the movie offers more than just fun, laughs, and woman-power–it provokes thought on an important medical issue.

In one of the wild storylines, Samantha Jones (played by Kim Cattrall) is going through menopause and using bio- identical hormones as her treatment: estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone. Most women don’t even know this natural hormone alternative exists since the last word from their doctor (and the news) was that synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT) significantly increases one’s risk of heart disease and breast cancer.

What is more, any breast cancer survivor in the audience who remembers Samantha’s history would consider her treatment as downright bad medicine. But, is it? Is Hollywood so irresponsible? Should one take medical advice from a movie anyway?

Bio-identical hormones are completely different molecules from synthetic hormones. What is more, they are actually more effective and safer than synthetic hormones for the treatment of menopause. In fact, Hollywood’s decision to raise awareness about bio-identical hormones in Sex and the City 2 is cutting-edge in comparison to Broadway’s choice to promote antidepressants and “welcome and celebrate” menopause in Menopause The Musical.

Sex and the City 2 offers new information about menopause therapy for women to think about and discuss with their doctor.

Flashy and Fun… Watch It! – Concerned Citizen – Van Nuys, CA
Just thought I would write a 5 star review to counteract all of the one and two star reviews. Those people obviously are not true Sex and the City fans. I love Sex and the City and I enjoyed BOTH of the movies. I’m reading reviews mentioning bad acting and no plot. This isn’t a Merchant Ivory film or a deep, introspective drama… it is supposed to be a fun, light girl’s movie, so lighten up with the movie critic jargon. You guys should be thankful all of the gals agreed to do another movie together rather than complaining about plot lines and wardrobe choices. I actually thought this movie was better than the first one because it had more comedy, more flashy and exotic scenes and more focus on fashion. Someone actually complained the movie wasn’t set in New York. Didn’t you get enough of New York watching the show? I love New York just as much as the next person, but I enjoyed the change of scenery and some of the footage of Abu Dhabi was breathtaking. I thought this movie tackled some subjects most movies try to ignore such as how taxing motherhood really is. I prefer the honesty about motherhood rather than the movies that always try to make it look like it is the most fun you’ll ever have. It seems most of the complainers wanted the movie to have more substance to compensate for the lack of substance in their own lives. So, don’t listen to them… go see it for yourself and enjoy it for what it is – a light movie to remind us all how fun life can really be (especially when you’re on vacation).
